Beth’s Bodacious Burgers
2 lbs. ground Firefly Farms meat--pork, veal, or beef or a combination
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 cup dried parsley
1/8 cup dried onion
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together so that they are evenly distributed throughout the meat.
Divide the meat into patties that will nicely fill your buns. Remember to include some shrinkage for cooked meat.
We recommend you pan grill your patties until firm before searing them on a charcoal grill. Grill the patties at high temperature until cooked to your preferred level. We recommend less for beef and more for pork. However, make sure whatever you do you do not overcook it!
